Frux Studio is looking for testers for their upcoming Garden Skirt, an elegant A-line maxi skirt with a fitted waist and flowing silhouette. The design includes pin tucks and princess seams on the front and back panels.
Two options: with lining (Option A) or with facing (Option B).
Seam finishes include Hong Kong and French seams.
Skill Level:
- Advanced (Confident Beginners welcome with patience)
- Techniques include: pin tucks, invisible zipper, Hong Kong + French seams
Suggested Fabrics:
- Lightweight wovens (2–5 oz): cotton lawn, voile, poplin, linen, silk taffeta for french seams
- Medium weight (5.5–6 oz) for plain seams
- Lightweight fabric for lining
Sizes: 0 to 26
Testing Details:
- Testing window: July 12–26
- Requirements: Sew a toile, final version, submit photos + feedback
